Policies and Procedures
Please note that the turnaround time for projects is approximately 3 weeks, although some may take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping and inventory. As we do not offer refunds on custom apparel, we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise. While there are no minimums on DTF orders, minimums may be applicable for embroidery, screen printing, and other promotional products. It is crucial to report any missing items within 24 hours of delivery, giving us 7 days to address the situation; additionally, we cannot accept outside apparel for printing.

Art Work
Artwork submissions must meet specific requirements: for DTF printing, they should be in jpg, png, or pdf formats at a high resolution of 300 dpi or higher, with a transparent background. For embroidery projects, artwork must also be 300 dpi or higher but should be submitted in EPS or AI format. If you require help with your artwork, please be aware that an additional artwork assistance fee, ranging from $10 to $50, may be applied to your project.
Custom Artwork
If you need assistance with designing your artwork, we offer a complimentary service where you’ll receive three design options to choose from. You can request up to two edits on your selected design at no cost, after which a fee of $10 per edit will be incurred. Should you not be satisfied with the initial designs, we can provide a redesign for you, which starts at $25 per hour, requiring a $50 deposit upfront. Any unused portion of the deposit will be credited towards your order.
Payment and Delivery
All orders require full payment in advance before any work commences on the project. Please note that a 3% convenience fee will be applied to invoices for card payments. In the case of returned checks, a fee of $25 will be incurred, and check-writing privileges will be revoked. Additionally, orders placed outside a 15-mile radius of our location or those totaling under $300 will incur a delivery or shipping fee.
